Management Services

We know that organising calibration can be a chore and we aim to provide total flexibility to adapt to your needs and requirements and make calibration as easy as possible. We are able to offer a variety of management services many of which are included in our quoted pricing. These include:-

1. Calibration reminders - a reminder by post is sent approximately 30 days prior to the equipment being due for calibration. This gives you the option to fax/email back to request a quote or collection request. If no response is received within a week or two of the equipment becoming due for calibration, you will receive a telephone call to ensure you had received the reminder.

2. Collection request service - we operate a fax back system of collection request and also an online collection request by clicking here. This service is free of charge for orders greater than £100 in value and depending on where you are will be by our own driver or our approved carrier, Initial Citylink. Where collections are carried out by our driver you will not need to pack the equipment as our van is fully padded and equipped to carry instrumentation. Where the collection is carried out by Citylink; we ask you to box and pack the equipment. Collections by this method can be carried out the same day if the request is received before 12 midday or next day thereafter. Please specify if your organisation has a shutdown time earlier than 5.30 pm at the time of booking as collections are carried out between the hours of 8 am and 5.30 pm.

3. On-line test results/disks - As detailed in the calibration results section above.

4. Customer reference field - within our database we have a customer reference field, which can either be your asset number, user name etc. Please specify this at the time of calibration.
