HITEK Ltd Quality Policy Statement
The Management of the Company are committed to the following:
Good professional practice and to the promotion of continually improving the effectiveness of its Quality Management System.
Setting measurable goals and objectives during Management Review, including the instruction on the purpose of the quality system.
Treating all customers and prospective customers with courtesy and politeness.
Meeting all customers' demands within the limits of their budget and willingness to pay the commercial price for HITEK's services.
Ensuring that the needs of clients, UKAS and Company accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and ISO 9001:2000 can be met by the Quality System as documented by HITEK's Quality.
A mandatory requirement that all staff comply with the statements and procedures contained in the Quality Manual.
Ensuring all staff make themselves familiar with the terms and conditions of Company approvals and contribute to the further development and improvement of the Quality Management System and enhanced customer satisfaction.
Complying with the requirements of ISO 17025:2005 and ISO 9001:2000.
Regularly review the Quality Management System for its continuing suitability and effectiveness.
The Managing Director, who is the Deputy Technical Manager and Quality Manager, has the responsibility to ensure that the statements and directives given in this of the Quality Manual are met. In his absence his deputy, Nikki Lond and or G Shapland, has the same responsibility.
That all staff will be treated fairly (no matter if they have a disability or not) and equally by the management and that the company will share its goals and rewards with the staff in a positive way, The Company is the staff and this remains the roots of the company.
Clients will be welcome to make a visit for commercial or quality purposes but will be required to respect other client's confidentiality (for documents and instruments).
All employees will think “better environment” the company policy is to recycle and save the environment where ever possible. |
