HITEK Ltd Calibration & repair Division

Due to many many hours of research and investigation the HITEK team led by Grant Shapland and Jeff King developed an in-house wind tunnel design, then after a further 2 years development (on and off) and some extensive verification tests against externally UKAS calibrated Air Flow meters we completed the design. HITEK Ltd are now able to offer a very extensive Air Flow Anemometers calibration service up to speeds of 20m/s, with full traceability provided by the comparison method against a UKAS calibrated Airflow vane Anemometer.

HITEK are able to calibrate both Vane and Hot wire Anemometers at costs off approx £75 - £95 + VAT*, the service has proved tremendously successful. With now over 300 instruments calibrated over a 24 month period, we feel convinced that we made the right investments in time and money.
